Chelsea, who won the Champions League in 2011-12, failed to qualify for this season's European competition after finishing 10th in the 2015-16 campaign.

Chelsea, who clinched the title with Friday's 1-0 win at West Brom, play Watford on Monday night and relegated Sunderland on May 21, before the May 27 final with Arsenal.

Asked if he would be at Stamford Bridge next season, Conte said: 'Yeah, and we have to improve next season.

The former midfielder has been heavily linked with a move back to Italy, with Inter Milan reportedly ready to make him the world's highest-paid coach, but Lampard hopes he stays to build a "dynasty" at Stamford Bridge.

'We must enjoy and celebrate because when you work hard it is important to celebrate. "We have to improve in the next season, to find the right solution to improve", he said.

Belgium global Hazard, 26, has been linked with Real Madrid, while Spain forward Costa, 28, was left out of a game at Leicester in January after a disagreement with a fitness coach, amid widespread reports of interest from Chinese clubs. The players will be a second season in and we saw that last season they couldn't sustain it for a second year. The formation may not be a huge reason for Tottenham's success this season, as they have quality players and a good manager, but it is no coincidence that Tottenham have had a lot of success this season while using Conte's system.

Claudio Ranieri said he is proud to pass the Premier League title onto compatriot Antonio Conte after the Italian guided Chelsea to glory in his first season in England.

Win ratio - An incredible figure of 77.8% this term dwarfs the 31.6% under Jose Mourinho and Guus Hiddink. "I think it's more rumour than reality".

"It's a huge club to work for, flawless circumstances and very ambitious people".

"Conte has also got that assured calmness - not so much on the pitch but behind the scenes".

His only starts subsequently came in the EFL Cup loss at West Ham in October and the FA Cup early rounds with Peterborough - in which he was sent off for Chelsea's only red card this season - Brentford and Wolves. He's such a big miss for them.

"He beats the WBA at the end of the game", they continue, "and he conquers the title with the Blues at the first attempt".
