In a plea agreement filed with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday, Salling, 35, has agreed to plead guilty to one federal count of possession of child pornography stemming from an indictment filed previous year.

Mark Salling has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. According to the deal, he agreed to make restitution to the victims, paying "approximately $50,000" to each who has requested it.

One of the original cast members of the hit Fox musical dramedy, Salling starred on Glee as Noah "Puck" Puckerman from 2009 to 2015.

The actor, 35, agreed to serve a 4-to-7-year sentence after Los Angeles authorities discovered images displaying illegal content involving minors on his personal computer, according to court documents obtained by the Daily News. He also under supervision for 20 years after he is released from prison.

Though it still has to be formally approved by Judge Otis Wright II, the plea agreement with the Acting U.S. Attorney that was filed in California yesterday will also see Salling having to file as a sex offender upon getting out of jail.

The actor was initially arrested in December 2015 after police were tipped off that he had a trove of child pornography in his home.

The news comes nearly a year to the day after a rape rap against Salling was tossed, because a woman accusing him waited too long to report the alleged sex attack.
