The response has been largely positive so far from fans with many touting this as her best release yet. Swift steers clear of Katy Perry and squad drama and bashing her exes, keeping her apologies short, and list of enemies shorter. While there's no official word, sources say that Swift will hold back the album for at least a week and possibly longer, although those sources also say it's likely a final decision has not yet been made. Or are you not a fan of her new sound which as far away from her country roots as possible?!

But we want to know what you guys think, does it live up to her past releases?

Taylor Swift has a grudge against streaming services.

Swift kept her last album, "1989", off of Spotify for several years after removing her entire catalog from the service in late 2014.

To go along with the album release - which now is only available to listen to as a physical purchase, digital download or interspersed on an iHeartRadio stream - Swift also is selling two magazines she compiled, featuring some of her own poetry, watercolor paintings and lots of behind-the-scenes photographs of the singer filming the music videos, hanging out at home with her cats and posing for fashion photo shoots.

The album cover for "Reputation". Then we get a not-so-subtle reference to the "Famous" phone call: "And therein lies the issue / Friends don't try to trick you / Get you on the phone and mind-twist you / And so I took an ax to a mended fence".

This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things may be an enjoyable slice of pettiness, but the album's crown jewel of gossip is Getaway Car, which sees Swift in full storyteller mode as she chronicles using one doomed relationship to escape another. "It was so nice being friends again / There I was, giving you a second chance / But you stabbed me in the back while shaking my hand", she sings. To follow the song's metaphor, Hiddleston is the getaway vehicle driver who whisks Swift away from another man ("Well he was running after us / I was screaming 'Go go go!'").
