Two women climbed through a McDonalds drive-thru window and attacked an employee after they were unhappy with the time it was taking to get their McNuggets.

"I was like, "This can't be happening in front of me right now", she told an USA radio show.

The altercation came about when the two girls complained that they'd never received the Chicken McNuggets they'd ordered and paid for - but instead of then receiving them, the server showed them a receipt proving they weren't on their order. "I thought they were robbing at first, I thought they were robbing the McDonald's there", McNeely said.

"It was a little bit disturbing at first, but I knew that if I got it on video that I would be able to help the individuals inside the McDonald's because this is proof that, you know, something frightful was happening to these individuals", she said.

The moment was captured at an Indianapolis McDonald's in the early hours of Friday morning (local time) by Monique McNeely, the woman in the auto behind them.

Two women in IN wanted their McNuggets so badly that they reportedly lunged through the drive-thru window and attacked a manager to get them.

According to RTV6 the manager told the women to "have a nice day" before turning his back on them to fulfill other customer orders.

"I couldn't even imagine being one of the workers and seeing somebody coming into that window like that".

When the manager said they had to reorder, chaos erupted. "Then I started recording, because I knew this was going to be an important video".

Police are looking over video of the incident. McNeely said she did get a shot of the car's license plate, which she turned over to managers and police. The store manager was not injured.
